Our Process

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION: Review our customer’s needs, budget, and overall scope of work.

2. CONCEPT REVIEW: Begin the custom making process including beginning sketches, review of sample photos, design boards, and other materials to focus the design and concept.

3. PLAN DESIGN: Review our 3D CAD models to further finetune the design. Depending upon the project, we may request a design fee at this stage.

4. CONTRACT APPROVAL: Agreement on the final 3D CAD model, chosen materials and finish, project schedule, total cost, and payment milestones.

5. CONSTRUCTION: Using the previously agreed upon design, construction materials, and finishes, the custom project is ready for customer inspection. Any changes may lead to extra costs based upon project impact and previous completed work.

6. FINAL DELIVERY: Upon customer approval, the custom, handcrafted piece will be packaged and scheduled for delivery. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience from inception to final product completion and delivery.
